HOW TO PREPARE VEGAN CHAI & MATCHA

Tea & Spice Fresh Chai

Barista

Add 2 heaped tbsp (20g) of Tea & Spice Fresh Chai to a jug.

Add exactly 50ml hot water and steep for at least 30 seconds.

In a separate jug, texture 150ml of milk, then pour into the steeping chai.

Strain into a glass, sprinkle Tea & Spice Dusting Powder, then serve.

Teapot

Add 2 heaped tbsp (20g) of Tea & Spice Fresh Chai to a teapot.

Add exactly 50ml hot water and steep for at least 30 seconds.

Separately heat 150ml of milk, then pour into the steeping chai.

Strain into a glass, sprinkle Tea & Spice Dusting Powder, then serve.

Tea & Spice Powdered Chai

Add 2 tbsp (20g) of Tea & Spice Chai Latte powder to 150ml of cold milk in a jug. Texture the milk and powder together until it hot. Pour into a glass, lightly sprinkle Tea & Spice Dusting Powder, then serve.

Stove Top

In small pot, heat 180ml of milk over a low heat, slowly adding 2 tbsp (20g) of Tea & Spice Chai Latte powder. Continue to stir until simmering. Pour into a mug, lightly sprinkle Tea & Spice Dusting Powder, then serve.

Microwave

Heat up 180ml of milk until hot, add 2 tbsp (20g) of Tea & Spice Chai Latte powder and stir well. Lightly sprinkle Tea & Spice Dusting Powder, then serve.

Tea & Spice Dusting Powder

Instructions

For the finishing touch, lightly sprinkle Tea & Spice Dusting Powder over your Tea & Spice chai latte, then enjoy.

Ora Matcha

Add 1 tbsp (10g) of Ora Matcha powder to 150ml of cold milk in a jug. Using the steam wand, texture the milk and matcha powder together until hot, then serve.

Stove Top
